Michaela has over 10 years of experience managing production operations and distribution planning for companies like Crescent Electric and Amazon. Outside of the office, Michaela is passionate about volunteer programming, community engagement, reading, cooking and spending time with family.
DALTON JACOBSON
OWNER & SALES DIRECTOR
Dalton owns and operates Legacy Emergency Vehicles. When he’s not connecting with customers or managing deliveries, Dalton enjoys golfing, watching the Vikings win, and spending time with his wife Michaela and their first-born baby, Sloane Marie.

WHY WE DO IT

1996
Dalton’s father, Steve Jacobson, started as an employee on the factory floor at Lifeline Emergency Vehicles in Sumner, Iowa. From cabinetry to interior and exterior finishing, Steve touched nearly every step of the manufacturing process. After 15 years on the floor, Steve now serves as Lifeline’s Sales Support Manager.

2010
Witnessing his father’s hard work and passion, Dalton followed in his footsteps and joined the ranks working on the Lifeline factory floor. In doing so, he gained hands-on experience learning what it takes to build a quality product based on customer needs.
FEB
2017
After 7 years, Dalton decided to chart a new path and hone his sales skills in the automotive vehicles industry working as a Salesman at McGrath Dodge Country dealership in Cedar Rapids, IA. Dalton was quickly promoted to Sales Manager after leading the sales team as a consistently Top Performer.

2019
With the knowledge of emergency vehicle manufacturing and sales under his belt, Dalton began working as the sole sales representative for Klocke Emergency Vehicles where he began selling Lifeline Emergency Vehicles to medical service providers across the state.

2024
After 5 years building relationships by providing best-in-class service, Dalton established Legacy Emergency Vehicles –– a company that both honors the past and looks forward to the future.
TODAY
Legacy is the sole contracted sales representative of Lifeline Emergency Vehicles and is based out of Des Moines, Iowa.
